Cornet Technology develops Maintenance Concepts and ensures steady availability of all components and the whole network infrastructure. Our maintenance service includes all necessary measures to keep the system operational at any time as well as all preventive services and technical modifications (updates).
Hotline
Our hotline service offers comprehensive telephone support in case of any technical questions or problems. This service is available during office hours and guarantees immediate reaction time.
On-Call-Service
This service is included in each specific Maintenance Contract and covers the period of time beside office hours and during week-end and public holidays.
Repair & Replacement
In case of any defect within the guarantee (normally: 12 months), Cornet Technology either repairs or replaces the component concern free of charge.
