You can configure and reconfigure iVDO Streamer SDI to be either an MPEG-2 or MPEG-4 encoder. The decoder auto senses and decodes
the incoming video in any format. This maximum quality encoder, in a streamline (19” W x 10” D x 1.75” H), light weight, and temperature hardened enclosure, is ready for deployment anywhere!

It supports both unicast and multicast which is vital for IP video that is being widely distributed. The 2-second audio delay feature is provided for non-linear editing.
This ruggedized unit comes with user friendly features such as on-screen display (OSD) and closed captioning (CC) making it ideal for large deployment in any situation. The operator friendly encoder with its multiple management interfaces (craft port, Telnet, SNMP and HTTP browser) is designed to easily integrate with any management platform. iVDO Streamer SDI is well supported by other members of the family such as the software decoder (iVDO Viewer) and video management software (VDOScope) to provide a comprehensive IP video solution.
